Add several rules set #10

For when you want it to act differently for different apps/filters. (Say you only want to it read certain mails in the middle of the night, but any during the day, or filter certain words for a specific app but not others)

Per-app settings is the main feature planned for v1.1.0. Better word filtering is planned no later than that, could be earlier.

Unfortunately I have to push this to v1.2.0 due to a deadline to comply to Google's accessibility policy and lack of any progress on this.

Also, #27 is related.
