WeChat - Message contents won't be read #19

When receiving a new message in wechat, voicenotify only speaks "Wechat sent you a message" without reading the content of the message. However, in the notification arear one can see wechat did display the message content. With more and more people start to use Wechat, I think there are many users like me hope to see this can be fixed in the next version. Thank you all the developers!

Currently, VN only reads the ticker message that appears in the notification bar immediately after a notification. I expect to have support for extended notifications in the next feature release. See issue #5.
