Flexible logic for Device States #32

Provide an option for changing the logical operation used for Device States. An advanced mode allowing any combination (like a user created conditional) would be great.

There have been a few requests for the ability to silence VN when the device is in silent/vibrate, but not if a headset is connected.

I'd welcome the option to enable VN in device state 'vibrate', but not in 'silent'.
