PopClip extension for Translatium app: https://translatium.app. This PR adds the ability for translating text with Translatium.

The extension has been tested in production for longer than a year (distributed through our website: https://translatium.app/popclip).

Translatium is pretty popular (Top 10 Travel app on Mac App Store).
