-Have you check the box start yuzu automatically. Can you provid a screen or a logs after switch.
-You can disabled it. Its disabled by default. And yes i can avoid to kill explorer. This function kill cpu that use more than 5% of CPU
-The optimize settings do this : -start as a good afinity and priority , check this link : https://www.reddit.com/r/NewYuzuPiracy/comments/13x1zo5/disabling_hyperthreading_using_a_batch_file_to/ -Disable the windows energy saving .

Yes, please see attached photo. Even "Auto start Yuzu" is ticked it won't start after the switch. And no message say "switch succeed". No reaction even untick and tick again the "auto start"
Did a few test with your latest release.
If open the updater with "auto start"/or tick it after the switch function, after the switch I can press the enter key to launch yuzu.
If open the updater without "auto start", after the switch if I press the enter key it will download the zip again and the updater closed itself.
I also noticed that kill process CPU straight up blue screens my pc if I have many active programs after updating. I have to close all programs (discord, browser, file explorer, ect.) to be able to update with that option on.
