Not receiving data for certain Symbols

I tried with AEGISLOG but the data received is empty. Any idea why?

Suffix ".BO" (for BSE) or ".NS" (for NSE). For your example, it is "AEGISLOG.BO" [Aegis Logistics Ltd (AEGISLOG.BO) -BSE]
