Add Scoop install method #444

Hi, himalaya has been added to Scoop package manager (see https://repology.org/project/himalaya/versions).

Could you please update the https://pimalaya.org/himalaya/docs/cli/installation.html page as well? Thanks!

Thank you for your contribution. Is there any specific stuff to know about Scoop to add in the doc? Or it can be as simple as brew?

Nothing additional, people who use Windows will be familiar with Scoop (https://scoop.sh).

Scoop can be considered as a Windows drop in replacement for Brew.
