Do you know if the switch sends its status if it is switched?
I can't Connect them (explained above) but I guess they must send a status.. I found a switch in my house that supports this kind of switches, will install it later and report.
Update: In the manual it seems like it's not sending anything. I just sent them back - they don't support sending & won't work in my house. I'll close this, since it doesn't seem to be interesting for anybody. Sad but once again, if you buy cheap you buy twice :-/
I got this instead: http://intertechno.at/produkte/empfaenger/schalter/ITL-230.html Will see how they perform.
Hi, I have a slightly different version: http://www.klikaanklikuit.nl/shop/nl/producten-1/ontvangers/inbouw-schakelaar-awmr-231/ (As far as you looked it the specs it is the same).
Perhaps you know, but using the switch manually it doesn't send a command back to your receiver! So yes you can use the wall switch to turn on/off/dimm, but pimatic would be informed... if the ITL-230 does send a rf signal please let me know!
Yeah, it doesn't send a Signal..so I'll need to use "force send" within pimatic for the Switch
How much is one at your seller?
Nice would be to have 2 seperate buttons instead of a switch if "force send" is activated. So there would be no need to turn a device in the gui off and then on if the device in the gui on but the real status is off.
@georg90 it is +-30 euro. I think the around the same price as the ITL-230.
@Oitzu you're right - you can accomplish this quite easy - just use forceSend and create rules for a button "on" (if button on is pressed then turn light on")
I'm using it right now, since I only want to use it to turn off the main light, when I turn on my smaller lights. Working as aspected! It's not sending though..
Update: Okay I realised by landlord was mistaken something - I can't use these switches in my appartment. Unfortunately you need the correct wiring (L/N + Lamp).. I'll leave this open for anybody that want to implement it as there might be others using this.
I have these now at home: http://www.pollin.de/shop/dt/NDY5ODQ0OTk-/Haustechnik/Funkschaltsysteme/Funkschalter_Set_DAYCOM_FSU_131.html
They seem to be (partially) supported by pilight: http://forum.pilight.org/Thread-Daycom-switch-pollin
They get detected as switch5/contact2:
Button 1 on
Button 1 off
Button 2 on
Button 2 off
Button 3 on
Button 3 off
Button 4 on
Button 4 off
all off
That's all from the included remote. Since
state
actually is changing (not in the right way but still) I guess the protocol is very similar to switch5? Probably it's an easy fix?
