Add temperatureF; updateDHM; license #13

Added temperatureF which will convert cpu temperature to degrees Fahrenheit.
Added uptimeDHM which displays the uptime in days, hours, minutes. Days and hours are only displayed when > 0.
Added license line to package.json

Sorry for the delay in recognizing your contribution. I am closing this pull request now as branch v0.9.x will be removed shortly. I'll create an issue to make sure your contribution is merged later manually.

I have not integrated the uptimeDHM for now as this will be covered by the new formatting options provided with the next release of the frontend
