Changes in awning1 and shutter1, new contact3 for Home Easy HE852 #57

shutter1: again a command due to having a stop button contact3: for a Home Easy HE852 which emits a signal on open and close

switch19: REV Switch 008342 and Dimmer 008343 @sweetpi : Could we get a time sensitive buttons or shutter device? Because REV 008343 needs to switch on or off sent the pulses once. To dim it needs the pulses repeated rappidly. For now we helped us to insert 4 buttons, 2 for the on and off switching and the other two for the dimming.
