[Bug]: localized fields language selection not applied in split view

To reproduce

• Log in in the demo environment
• Edit a class with localized fields
• Set maximum number of tabs to 1
• Enable split view
• Save the class
• Open a data object of this class
• Enable split view and select a language to be displayed on the right

Expected result The left side should display a select field displaying the languages. When selecting multiple languages for the right side it should also display a select field.

Actual result Left and right side display tabs.

While it's not much of a problem with 3 languages, it is rather annoying when you have 50 languages, for example.

Note that I tried adding an additional language on the demo environment, clearing all caches and reloading Pimcore, but the language didn't appear.

Technical details In localizedfields.js the split view always uses tab panels.
