Character Count not Shown on TinyMCE (when maximum characters set) #632

Pimcore version

v11.2.2

Steps to reproduce

Create a WYSIWYG control with a maximum characters

Actual Behavior

No count shown. This did work on prior rich editor: https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/pull/9554

Expected Behavior

Count to show like here: https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/pull/9554

If the status bar is shown on the editor, the character count should show since the wordcount plugin is enabled.

One stopgap measure here would be to include the wordcount toolbar item in the case that maxCharacters has been supplied: image
