RFC: Implement relay server specification #340

At the moment the relay server specification is only partly implemented. The full specification would be very useful when building apps with pagination and caching.

The webonyx documentation mentions this module: https://github.com/ivome/graphql-relay-php to fairly easily implement this feature.
