[Improvement]: Documentation + Tutorial #536

Improvement description

Please add to read.me:

1) installation commands variants, e.g. if user need to install not the latest version but v.10.3.4

2) Installation Troubleshooting FAQ. e.g. what to do if /admin/ is not found or images not displayed, or installation error like: [ERROR] The following prerequisites failed It is recommended to install UTF-8 locale, otherwise all CLI calls which use escapeshellarg() will strip multibyte characters (see https://packages.debian.org/en/stable/locales-all)

3) Links to tutorials on Pimcore website, at least paid ones. e.g. 'How to create SAAS using Pimcore', or 'MVP for StartUp using Pimcore in 1 Day' or 'Prepage Pimcore application for Production deployment'
