[Task]: Remove Wkhtmltopdf binary installation command since it's removed from Pimcore 11.x #100

Once https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/pull/12842 is merged and Pimcore 11 is released, it would be not longer necessary to install Wkhtmltopdf as here https://github.com/pimcore/docker/blob/370b1ab6d33ef39a94b08f9149120306e9036319/Dockerfile.template#L51-L53
