[wkhtmltopdf] Patched QT #77

The version in pimcore/docker is installed with apt-get, so it's with unpatched QT. Some nice features, for example internal PDF links, require patched QT: https://wkhtmltopdf.org/downloads.html#why-do-you-have-static-builds-with-patched-qt

We'd also like to see the Qt-patched version. The older images till ec8fc2092 contained this version.
