Do not index custom asset metadata which is not defined in any metadata mapping provider #99

Metadata attributes which are not defined in predefined asset metadata and asset metadata class definitions are totally free and therefore it's not possible to define a central mapping for them (as types might vary depending on the asset). Those attributes are not filterable and therefore excluded from the search index.
