[Feature]: Create release, add support for latest PHP versions #10

Feature description

Hi, there was already work for Pimcore 11 ongoing, but there is no release tag. Is there anything planned yet?

Also the defined unzer version is set to 1.1.3.0 which only supports PHP 8.0, will there an update of the unzer SDK to support PHP 8.1/8.2? https://github.com/unzerdev/php-sdk/tree/1.1.3.0

I currently do not have the chance to test if the unzer payment provider 2.0 actually works. Can anyone of you confirm that the 2.x branch works without a problem? If yes we can release a 2.0 version.

@markus-moser for our customer we do not really use it but including the dependency and autoloading + injecting the services does not result in any errors in regards of type-errors
