proposal for fixing #18

Two element trees
D&d between these trees for defining position and sort order of trees in perspective

Open:

Sorting for custom views in custom view editor
dirty detection (depending on #36)

It's pretty awesome. I like it. There is just a smal issue, which I am not sure where this comes from: You can only drag an item from the left/right side to the other, if either both sides have an element when loaded or you added an item to the former empty side. Else, dropping is forbidden.
