Consume `pimcore_image_optimize` queue #156

According to https://pimcore.com/docs/pimcore/10.5/Development_Documentation/Getting_Started/Installation.html#page_5-Maintenance-Cron-Job and https://pimcore.com/docs/pimcore/10.5/Development_Documentation/Installation_and_Upgrade/Upgrade_Notes/index.html#page_10-4-0 this queue should be consumed since Pimcore 10.4.

@dvesh3 will you also release a new Pimcore 10 skeleton today?

@jdreesen Hey! It was not planned since there were no fixes on 10.2 branch. Do you think your change makes it a candidate?

I would say yes, unless you think we should not consume the pimcore_image_optimize queue by default for some reason.
