Dashboards - creating a new dashboard

• When the edit mode is active, a new dashboard can be created via the 'Create new dashboard' button.
• You can enter a name for the new dashboard and add a row.
• There will be no widgets on a newly created dashboard.
• It should also be possible to create a copy of a shared dashboard to make it your own and add widgets.

Flow:

1. Create a new dashboard (from scratch or as a copy of an existing dashboard)
2. Add a row inside the dashboard (if not existing)
3. Choose a layout option for the new row
4. Optionally resort rows or delte a row
5. Choose a placeholder where you want to add a widget
6. Click '+'
7. Add all required information
8. Optionally edit or delete an existing widget
9. Save the dashboard
