new features:

configurable options in settings panel
allow user to choose whether or not window is focused when code is sent
allow user to choose whether or not to advanced line when there is no selection
make only one command to send code
update node-osascript

fix single quote bug #10
don't send set working directory #1 #12

Awesome, thanks for incorporating this.

I've noticed there's some weird issue with setting atom-workspace: https://github.com/pimentel/atom-r-exec/commit/1f44f6c21c4d3767586b3cb92cd92ee0c2bb49fa

Atom says that the old way is deprecated (on the left) but for some reason I can't get the config on the right working. I am not sure who to ask about this. Do you have any thoughts or insight?
