Replace rust-crypto dependency #10

This crate is using rust-crypto. Maybe there is a better alternative? see: https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2016-0005.html

From a cursory search for "use crypto", it appears that rust-crypto is not actually used, but listed as a dependency... which should probably be fixed anyway.
