French localization file name is wrong #21

The french localization file fr.inc should be fr_FR.inc, otherwise, it won't load. You can check the Settings => User Interface => Language combo box for the actual names.

Thanks, this should be fixed now. It seems I was missing a lang_map configuration property in the transifex cli client configuration.
