it seems there is a problem with the relative path in authres_status.php on line 494 (return images) with the way the path is formed. Under some circumstances the path is not correct, for example it is www.someurl.com/webmail/index.php/login/plugin/... for me...
I fixed it for me with changing it to return '<img src="/webmail/plugins/authres....
but for the rest of the images in roundcube this error does not occur, so maybe there is a better way to fix this?
