Perhaps examples/breakout_bme688 should be renamed to examples/breakout_bme68x since most examples will work with both sensors. bme680 only advanced examples (the AI stuff) warrant their own repository and wont necessarily be bound into MicroPython.

@ZodiusInfuser to investigate feasibility of Python binding this tangle!
