Bad link in the 2040W docs - setting up micropython md file isn't here. #5

I would do a PR to fix this but not sure where the file is right now :)

There's a link [Installing MicroPython](https://github.com/pimoroni/badger2040/setting-up-micropython.md) but that file isn't in this repo.

Looks like it's referring to this one- https://github.com/pimoroni/pimoroni-pico/blob/main/setting-up-micropython.md

I think that's actually obsolete, since it's covered in README.md here, but probably worth a glance over to make sure we haven't missed anything useful.

I was in the process of porting the docs over, but I got lost in bugfixes instead!

Installation instructions are now covered in the main readme of this repo and the updated Learn guide, so closing this one for now :)
