This suite of changes prettifies the installer and checks for existing installed packages before attempting to install.

TODO:

~Check for Python 3.x packages in addition to Python 2.x~
~Add flag for verbose output~ (sudo ./install -v)
~Add flag to force reinstall all modules~ (sudo ./install -f)
~Add flag to uninstall?~ (needs work, will only uninstall connected modules in verbose mode sudo ./install -u)
~Add message when an error is encountered telling users to check install.log~
Maybe place install.log in the working dir as breakout-garden-install.log?
