PowerCycle How to #20

As discussed in #18 it is possible to use OnOffShim as STONITH device or as a device to turn off and on power to another RPi.

I have updated Readme.md and added an image of the wiring. Moreover I made a new parts drawing (see an image in this PR) in Fritzing which will be submitted to their parts DB separately.

Surely this will be beneficial to other users and community.

@Gadgetoid FYI PR in Frizting has been approved and merged so OnOffShim is there already.

How about updating your docs with this PR?
