Updated script/config may not work with installer, defaults confusing #21

The default values listed in the configuration file only apply to one of the handful of boards this script supports. Need to:

  1. Update the comments in the config file to document the correct defaults for each board
  2. Fix the setup.sh to ensure it correctly replaces values and uncomments config lines
