installs the python dependencies and github examples.

oh, yes, it include the unicorn hat too, since that was not a branch... I'll get my head around the concept one day I swear :D

anyhow, it's just the pkgdeplist and examples for now, but the pip3 function logic is ready to go... pinch it from the unicornhat script or just let me know when you have the lib available on pip and I'll add it (and test).
