pkgdeplist logic and git added to list + reformatting
took out Python call to flash LEDS

I've taken out the bash call to python right at the end... I'm not a fan of including testing routines as part of installers, it's a nice idea but may confuse matters if they fail for one reason or another. It wouldn't apply to the pHAT anyhow so I guess that's another factor to justify stripping it out, if that's OK with you.

Totally agreed. There are myriad ways in which it can fail- the dot3k test is a good example, it has interesting results on dothat!
