Add auto-detection of PiVUMeter into pulseaudio script #200

Currently pulseaudio bypasses pivumeter which is confusing and wrong. Need to auto-detect PiVUMeter and add the necessary pulse config.

Have used .nofail // .fail to always attempt to load a pivumeter sink instead of detection, since it's more robust.
