Do you know which version this path changed in? We might have to document both the old and new method for users still holding out with a previous version of Raspbian.

Let me check later today. I’m actually having a few issues getting this working at all on the latest build.

Okay, looking at the dates on the linked forum post suggests users of the old /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart path will be few and far between! Almost certainly preferable to list the newer alternative.
