Release latest version as PyPi package #9

Hey,

as far as I can see, the version on PyPi is quite outdated: 0.0.1 from April 2019 (https://pypi.org/project/icm20948/#history)

Would it be possible to release a more recent version? Otherwise, installations via pip receive the outdated package, which doesn't seem to work with my sensor.
