missing defines in pga2350/pins.csv #3

in pga/pga2350/pins.csv

There are no entries for GPIO23 & GPIO24 It jumps from 22 to 25

It is the same for the pga2040 as well.

Looks like this is because the nothing else uses those pins except the pga's
