Minor documentation improvements

Came across a couple of sprite-related confusion in the MicroPython documents, that I've attempted to clarify:

• Added note of sprite scanline limit (10); this is mentioned in Hardware but not in the main MP docs
• clarified load_animation loads into image index, not hardware sprite slots which is how it originally read
