When trying to create a VM i get `Bus 'pcie.3' not found` #149

latest raspberry pi os, ran script, tried to create a vm and got:

kvm: -device virtio-scsi-pci,id=virtioscsi0,bus=pcie.3,addr=0x1,iothread=iothread-virtioscsi0: Bus 'pcie.3' not found

I resolved this by not using the new VirtIO SCSI Single setting, see https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/bus-pcie-3-not-found-where-does-the-bus-argument-come-from.131355/#post-577193
