Release 1.0 #1257

I believe it's time for a release 1.0.

Khal is nearly ten years old (first public commit is from 2013-08-06) and the API seems to be mostly stable (perhaps mostly because development has slowed down, but doesn't really matter).

What's your opinion? @d7415 @WhyNotHugo

It's not a bad time; looks like khal is pretty stable.

I'd make sure we figure out exactly the minimal version we support of each dependency and pin those too, so it's clear where v1.0 will run.
