vdirsyncer sync integration #865

I'd appreciate a khal sync command that triggers a configured sync process (e.g. vdirsyncer sync) and an option to configure an autosync after adding or editing events.

I was looking for the same feature. This could be considered a duplicate since this is discussed in #145, although that ticket has a much broader scope. For what it's worth I think this would best be implemented using hooks which was previously suggested in that discussion (see also #700)
