Refactor and update dependencies #31

Refactored to the 2018 edition of Rust as well as updated all dependencies.

Also included an additional --disable-empty-line flag with mutt-query to enable other programs to use mates besides mutt (For e.g aerc doesn't like having an empty line at the start)
