Feature request: url.fetch attribute #1123

There are some calendars that don't have a password, but generate a .ics file and the filename is presumed to be the secure token. It'd be nice to not have to disclose the url in the configuration file for those calendars.

To that end, it'd be nice to have an option similar to password.fetch for the url attribute of remote storage entries. I'd be more than happy to submit a PR to that end, but I wanted to see if anyone else thought this was a good idea first.

Hmm. Seems like that's already a feature, and I'm just a bonehead. My bad.
