I would like to create a PR Template for your repository.

It helps to user what information should they provided to maintainer while creating pull request.
Also keeps them mind about linking of their respective issue assigned them.
Also helps maintainer to get the sufficient information to review that pull request, either ss, text, video clip, etc.
