Miner does not mine even there is sufficient VRAM #2

The same happens to nsfminer and ethminer, too.

Other close sourced miners mine as usually.

Changing drivers to the newest ones fix the problem but the new drivers limit the overclock ranges for voltage. So this is not a viable solution.

Any other idea?

did you build from the source ?

Of course. I have built from source all three miners (pminer, nsfminer and ethminer). The same happened to all of them.
