In the time frame of a minute or two being sent 8 messages is a bit overkill
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a oversight. I suggest either putting a cooldown timer on it so the bot wont message about the same person twice in an hour or putting it so the bot only messages once when the subscribed person starts practicing and not any after unless they stop and start again.
