Automatically contribute riddles when Literature Quiz queue runs low #204

Controlled by enableAutoquiz and alwaysAutoquiz. If alwaysAutoquiz is on, then the module occupies a slot outside of the maxConcurrentRiddles slots (i.e. if maxConcurrentRiddles is 3, then there will be three riddles by users plus a house riddle).

Files are read from ../autoquiz (relative to pbv2.js).
