What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restarting  Subterfuge
2. Manually Updating

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Successful Update - Update Failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure if this is related but Subterfuge won't pick up any credentials as 
well.

We only support the latest version of Backtrack / Kali Linux.

looking at the error log you need to have subversion installed on the device. 

I had the same problem on my build on kali 1.0 for android. after finding and 
installing subversion i was able to finally get it to install.
