Subterfuge not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Deleted Subterfuge 4.3 beta.
2.Installed Subterfuge 5 beta.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to run subterfuge when I type "subterfuge" in the terminal, but I get 
a "command not found" error even if I change directories. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Subterfuge 5 beta. Backtrack 5 R3.

Please provide any additional information below.

I would recommend uninstalling Subterfuge, downloading a new copy, and doing a 
full install again. Just a reminder, all of our efforts are now focused on 
functionality for Kali Linux.

Ok thanks for the reply but I have been trying to download Kali Linux for the 
past two days and it hasn't been going so well, because there is only on source 
to download from and it's geographically far from me. I was hoping if it was 
possible for you to put a copy of Kali linux on your website (kinozoa.com).
