Implement an API compatible with the documented Wordpress API #32

By having an API that is compatible with http://wp-api.org we should be able to use all the different desktop and mobile apps for managing blogs and writing posts.

This API could exist as a separate package that you install along side pinax-blog if you want to add this functionality.
