Moved templates to pinax-templates #16

@jaydenwindle Thanks for your template transfer PRs. At the moment our focus is on the Pinax 18.01 release, so pinax-points in on the back burner for a bit. Once 18.01 is out the door (end of January) we'll get these PRs reviewed. @paltman pointed out the templates will also need testing in the Pinax templates tester and likely have style added. Once that is done we will publish a new release to PyPi. Sorry this won't happen sooner, but thanks for moving pinax-points forward!

No worries at all! I'll address @paltman's comments, do some testing, and leave these open to merge at your leisure :)
